Ringette evaluations are just around the corner, and we’re excited to get the 2025-2026 season underway! Evaluations help us place players on teams where they can grow, compete, and have fun.

What to Bring

Full ringette equipment

Make sure skates are sharpened and equipment is checked in advance

Goalies: full goalie gear is required
If your player is unable to attend a session, please notify us in advance by emailing evaluations@redddeerringette.com and fill out the Red Deer Ringette Evaluation Exemption Form:

Evaluation Criteria
Players will be assessed by independent evaluators using the following criteria:

Skating - speed, edge control, agility, balance

Ring Skills - passing, shooting, receiving, ring protection

Game Awareness - positioning, decision-making, adaptability

Positional Play (where applicable)
Our goal is to ensure a fair and supportive experience for all athletes.
